What to expect

Our web site design process involves you in every step to ensure a high quality web site that truly represents your church.

Step 1 – Needs Assessment

Collaboration meeting to brainstorm ideas and determine:

  • Domain Name
  • Site Graphics
  • Site Look and Feel
  • Navigation and Layout
  • Feature Selection
  • Establish milestones and timeline

Step 2 – Design and Layout

Web site development begins to create the following:

  • Design Mockup(s)
  • Development web site on temporary URL
  • Graphics are located and/or designed
  • Menus
  • Individual Pages are stubbed out
  • Features developed and/or installed

Step 3 – Review and Refine

As deliverables are produced from step 2, they are reviewed for approval or the design criteria refined.

  • Steps 2 and 3 iterate.
  • Final approval and acceptance of overall design
  • Launch date finalized

Step 4 – Deploy

Web site is moved to production host and URL.

  • Announce web site
  • Register site with search engines
  • Web site is live for members, visitors, and seekers to use

Step 5 – Ongoing Service and Support

Any issues that arise are resolved.

  • Software fixes and feature updates regularly applied
  • Long term support agreement finalized.
